Excellent and friendly service. Worked wonders with two of my bats (unfortunately it probably won’t help my batting skills). Their other items are excellent too. The gloves I purchased are seriously top quality but at well under half the price you’d pay with a big brand (unfortunately they also probably won’t help my batting average!). Looking forward to doing business with you again soon.

Bought a junior bat for my son after visiting Sam's workshop. Sam was brilliant, providing insightful advice and allowing me and my son to try a huge number of bats. The bat, by the way is fantastic.

Poor customer service. Order placed 13:30 on Wednesday, I paid for express (1-2 day) delivery as wanted the product for the weekend. Product arrived Saturday, 3 days after order made. I requested refund of the express postage paid for as it was not sent in “express” timings. Sam refused, saying he posted it on Thursday - which was his decision and also still allowed for next day delivery. Clearly he chose not to honour the additional payment I made for quicker delivery. He also refused to refund. Poor customer service.

Sam worked his magic again on my 2 beloved bats. Basically came back brand new and incredible value. Cricket bats are very personal items, you get attached to them and Sam gets it! No request was too much trouble. This is my second time using OX29 and his craft just gets better each time. Highly recommend!! If there was an option for 6 stars I’d give it!

Sam sorted me out with a custom grade 1 bat like none I have ever used. He kept me up to date throughout the process and produced a spectacular work of art. The end result far exceeded my expectations and he delivered on all accounts and then some. In addition to this I orderd batting pads, gloves and socks. The pads are light weight with super comfortable strapping that keeps everythign in place even when running without taking away from the protection due to the thick cushioning. The gloves are the most comfortable cricket gloves I have ever worn. The inner material is super soft and legit feels like I am wearing an all leather golfing glove. Again, there is no compromise on the protection here. The socks are an added bonus that fit tight with amazing grip on the underside to elliminate any slipping in my shoes. Overall service was excellent with a very quick turnaround time from start to finish. To top it all off the sticker and logo design is world class and I am beyond excited to kick off the new season with this marverlous new gear! Living in Zambia I was unsure what to expect but can honestly say that I am beyond impressed and will most certainly be forwarding his details on in the local league here and be making use of his services again in the future.
