Keith has provided work including plans for two building plots, one large loft conversion and one large kitchen extension for me since 2014 . I can't thank him enough for his attention to detail and due diligence especially when dealing with local authority.

Was recommend by a friend to use KD Design, what a great choice this was, after many site meetings and several designs later keith created a home which really stands out and is often commented on. His creative ideas as well as working along side the local planning officer meant we didn’t encounter any obstacles regarding planning which went through first time. Keith has great design ideas, yet he is very practical. His CAD skills are excellent and he is accurate and extremely quick. He can produce outline concept designs with a range of options, through to the planning application stage and then through to completing detailed design for building regulations. He is mindful of what is best for the client and not precious about his ideas. Instead he builds on what the client wants, offering thoughts for improvements. He can compromise. He has designed a few extensions for us now as well as drawing up our home and holiday cottage units on CAD. The latest was in 2021 which is now being built. We are never tempted to go elsewhere and have recommended him to others.
