Brilliant work done by Mark and his team. We essentially needed a whole new bathroom but on a limited budget. They were able to recommend how we could best utilise our money whilst giving us fantastic service and an amazing result. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Personally and professionally I can not fault I D Godden. The team went out of their way to get an engineer to a property I manage after a leak was discovered in the bathroom causing further issues downstairs. Thank you for the 24/7 call out it was very much appreciated at gone midnight. Service: Plumbing leak repair

All good, efficient prompt and polite I've held back on 5 star as I've not had the bill yet. Did a great job for me.

Booked these guys couple of months ago to add 5-6 new radiator valves and hang a new electric radiator I bought myself. Took them no more than 4 hours to do the valves and 1.5 hours the following week to hang the radiator. When the bill arrived it came to nearly £1000, double what I had expected ! On closer inspection of the invoice they charged me nearly 1.5 days labour plus £120 for a young apprentice. At no point before their visit was I told about being charged ‘travel time’ (I live 30 mins away) or that I would be paying for an apprentice. When they offered to show me ‘timesheets’ to prove they spent 1.5 days doing my job I knew they were just being deceitful so I paid them 60% of the bill and told them to get lost. A month later they had the audacity to issue a court summons against me for the balance. Unbelievable … AVOID !

Called as I had a leak on our cistern (it is an old house which we are doing up in stages, the bathroom being the final room on our list). On inspection the cistern was attached by a single inappropriate screw. This was removed by the Godden engineer, the cistern was fixed & reattached....... using the single inappropriate screw (instead of a 5 minute job to properly screw/plug the cistern to the wall). Apparently it was 'nothing to do with them' when the cistern detached itself from the wall in the middle of the night & flooded our home. Unbelievable (but unfortunately true)!

Boiler broke within 2 months of a 'service', fitted parts that didn't fix the problem, didn't return calls when requesting a quote and then provided a quote over the phone of "about £2,500". Got it done for £800 less somewhere else. Poor.
