I am very pleased with, though not surprised by, the service I received recently from OMS. I have always found the staff there pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. Sam Murray, who looked after me on this occasion was all these things, but he went further. Not only did he explain how to resolve the virus problem clearly and simply and guided me through the steps to be taken with patience and clarity, he approached the more intractable laptop problem (new to him) with determination and perseverance, researching a possible solution, discussing it with a colleague and guiding me again through the steps necessary to solve it, which he did. I consider my ignorance of such matters as pretty much invincible, but, with his gentle manner, he gave me confidence, hope and finally success. Both my devices are working normally and it is purely down to him. He is valuable member of your team and you are fortunate indeed to have him.

Sam helped me sort out my email, he is very friendly and smart very much appreciate his support.

I cannot say how satisfied I am with the service and understanding of the staff at OMS. They always manage to sort any issues even though My knowledge of computers and other digital equipment is very limited.

Had a replacement battery installed in a MacBook Air. Even if you're local to Eynsham, I'd recommend phoning first as they needed me to tell them the serial number before they could order the part. This means you might need to wait a few days before they can book you in to have it installed, but you can hang on to your laptop until then. Took it in at 11am on the day it was booked in and it was all done in around 45 minutes. Good service!

Been using OMS for several years. They’re quick, reliable and offer a truly comprehensive service for mac users like us. They speak English and nicely bridge the gap between Mac OS/iPad OS/iOS and the necessity of using Microsoft and other non-Apple apps. Highly recommended.

Have used Oxford Macs (OMSUK) for years professionally (when they had the contract to service the macs at a newspaper group I edited) and personally. Very straightforward and easy to deal with. Clear communication and fast. Totally recommend. 10/10

Had the misfortune of having my Mac crash on me when I was doing a large job for one of my customers. I dropped my Mac off and was kept unto speed with all the progress and received a call this morning to say that my Mac was fixed and could be collected. I’ve been working with OMS for almost 15 years from outside the U.K. and trust them totally. They have proved to be a real lifeline on many occasions - always ready to find time to sort me out. Just had 2 particularly good sessions with Antony over the past week. Will be buying a new Mac and a couple of iPads through OMS in the autumn when I’m back in the U.K. for a visit.

Absolutely superb service, having had this company recommended to us, we contacted them with a view to updating our PC. Antony Smith guided us through the whole process and made it absolutely seamless. The pricing of the hardware was very competitive and perhaps more importantly Antony listened to what we wanted and came up with options tailored exactly to our needs. The turnaround time was super quick and we are delighted with the new setup. We have had a couple of (self inflicted) blips since the installation and for that reason I can also confidently say that the after sales service is equally outstanding.
